Hi! now I will tell you about my barefoot years.

I have been in the barefooting my whole life and today i am 17 years old but i startedmy first skiing in age six.for nine years i've been skiing with my Dad, Big sister and best of all my Big brother.

since my age of two to 14 years old i didn't like the barefooting at all... but i always had it in me.
I started to ski in the cold north of sweden in the great storsjön at Östersunds Waterski Club, in Östersund I were in television

at channel 4 sending all over Sweden, together with my brother and sister this

was a good start in the young barefooting for me and it did also go very well,

but later on i didn't get so much out of my training because i didn't want to ski,

so after 3 years we moved to the south of sweden. And then just me my brother and my dad started to skiin the great Ätran in Falkenberg with our Flightcraft,

and in Ätran it was the same thing for me i didn't want to ski but i still trained my one foots one the boom and deepstarts on the short rope, this thanks to my dad.

the years went and we bought a new boat, the Gekko Ski Boat

and this was early in year 2005 and now only my brother trained with my dad and they trained for the swedish championship and also european champ.

but the days come and i also had to ski and i did my ordinary run on the boom one

foot and deepstart, this was because i didn't like and i also did my dad proud

by skiing a little and the barefooting is also good training fysical.

And the year was gone and it was time for the Swedish championship in august 2005 and

my brother ended 1st in jump, 2nd in slalom,

3rd in trick and 3rd in the overall open men's division. Then we have the great European championship in Italy, september 2005

here we had skiers from Great britain, France, Sweden, Germany, Italy, Austria, Finland, Holland and last but not least our guest country South Africa.

Me my brother, dad and sister were in italy for three weeks and my brother was the one who competed, in the Europeans he ended

7th in the jumping and he also did okej in slalom and trick. It was here in the european championship i started to like the barefootskiing, why?

yes that's because I met people that were very nice to me for example Gerrit and Jacobus van Tonder, they told me things about the barefooting

that made me started to like the barefootskiing, i also thought that the barefooting could be a very good life style and it was a great thing for me to start

because my dad have been so long years in the barefooting and also that he have more contacts and

more possibilities to learn me the way of the barefooting, it is also not so very expensive sport over the years it's just the first year when you should buy a boat

and suits and so on, but when every thing is finished with the buying you just ned to change suit in the third year and also do service on the engine.

I usually drive go-kart and this sport i like very very much, but this sport is hard for me because my dad isn't the best mechanic and it is hard to be something

in it, for example like Formula 1 driver, so to be great in the gokarting is expensive. Then i thought the barefooting will be good for me because

in the barefooting there is no machine that controls you it's just you own flesh and blood. See Ya!
